Who We Are
TANISHA CHIKWE
FOUNDER & CEO
Stylez Remedy was created by Tanisha Chikwe in 2015. Tanisha was looking for a creative outlet and a way to break into financial freedom, so she started taking online classes to become certified in event planning and design. In May of 2017, Tanisha opened her first event space in Grandview, MO. Whether it's a garage or ballroom "Lady Remedy" has the remedy.
Tanisha has designed hundreds of events and has no intention of quitting anytime soon and she has traveled all over the country to design and teach.
With every event, Tanisha is still evolving as a designer, this mentor and trailblazer has no intentions of stopping anytime soon!
HEATHER HEAKROOT
EVENT MANAGER
Heather is an experienced Event Manager and she joined the iWerx team in 2021.
She has managed diverse events, including weddings, birthday parties, but she is best known for her fundraising events.
LA'KRESHIA JONES
EVENT DÉCOR STYLIST
La’Kreshia Jones has always been passionate about designing. She originally joined the Stylez Remedy team in 2018 as Tanisha's personal assisstant.
In October of 2021, she attended Stylez Remedy's workshop "Unleashed" where she earned a Certificate as an "Event Decor Stylist".
Though she has diverse experience in all types of events, La'Kreshia shines most and specializes in adult and children parties.
